Infosys to accumulate digital advertising company oddity for $50 million


New Delhi: IT firm Infosys will purchase oddity — a Germany-based digital advertising, expertise, and commerce company — in an all money deal for USD 50 million (about Rs 380 crore), the corporate stated on Tuesday. As a part of Infosys’ digital expertise and design providing, oddity will change into a part of Wongdoody and be a part of its community of studios throughout Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Windfall, Houston, and London, and design hubs in 5 cities in India, Infosys stated in a press release.

The corporate had acquired US-based Wongdoody, which provides artistic and advertising providers, in a USD 75 million deal in 2018.

“To consummate the transaction, Infosys may even purchase Germany-based Kristall 247 for 3,000 euros (about Rs 2.5 lakh),” the Indian IT agency stated.

Infosys stated the price of acquisition for oddity is “as much as 50 million euros, together with earn-out, administration incentives and bonuses.”

With greater than 300 digital consultants, oddity is likely one of the largest unbiased digital businesses, the assertion stated.
